About these terms

These terms describe the small website of Redbank Tackle Co. and the free helper apps it hosts. By reading the pages or using an app you accept them as they are written here. They are short on purpose, because the site does very little: it informs, and it passes your message on.

Nothing on this website creates an order by itself. If something in these terms is unclear, write to info@nordelis.click and ask before you rely on it. We answer within two working days, and a plain question is always fine.

The shop behind this website

Redbank Tackle Co. is a tackle shop. We sell rods, reels and lures, and we give honest local advice to the people who fish here. The website carries information about the shop and the apps; it is not a marketplace and does not sell anything on its own.

The shop's address is not published on this website. Contact is by e-mail at info@nordelis.click, which is the reliable way to reach us about an order, a question or a correction. We reply within two working days.

Using the website and the apps

Everything on this website is open right away. You do not have to give your name to read a page or to use an app, and no personal detail is needed to move around the site. The only form is the contact form, and you choose whether to use it.

Please use the site as it is meant to be used: read it, use the apps for your own fishing, and do not attempt to break it, copy it wholesale or interfere with the server. Access may be limited when a flood of automated requests has to be stopped.

Prices shown on the website

Prices shown on the website are indicative. They are there to give you an idea of what something costs, not to fix a final amount. The price that counts is the one confirmed when you order, after we have checked the item and the current figures in the shop.

Stock changes, and so do supplier prices. A figure on a page may be out of date even though we try to keep the pages current. When you call or come in, we tell you the price before anything is agreed, and you decide then.

Ordering and payment

Products and services are ordered by phone or in person, not through this website. There is no checkout here and no payment is taken on the site. When you order, we agree the item, the price and the practical details with you directly.

Payment is made in the shop or on delivery, as agreed when you order. We do not hold card details on this website, and no payment page exists. If anything about an order is unclear, call or write before the item is prepared.

The apps are free helper tools

The apps on this site are free helper tools. They contain no games, no points and no purchases. They are there to be useful at the water: to keep a list, to tick things off, to show information in the colour scheme you prefer. Nothing in them costs anything.

Because they run in your browser, they work from the copy stored on your device. If you install one, that copy is added locally and removed when you uninstall it. The apps do not send your saved lists to us, and we cannot see them.

Advice, stock and availability

We give honest local advice, and we give it as anglers rather than as a promise of a catch. Conditions, seasons and the water change, and what worked last week may not work today. Treat the advice as a starting point, not as a guarantee of a result.

The same applies to what is written on the website about tackle and methods. It is general guidance for the area we know. If you need something specific, ask us by e-mail or at the counter and we will tell you what we actually know.

Changes and questions

We may change these terms when the website or the way we work changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. We do not send notices about small edits, so it is worth reading the page again if you are relying on a particular point.
